Make a Short Video if Too Complex to Explain (DO NOT UPLOAD VIDEO DIRECT TO OUR SYSTEM) Upload to Youtube or Vimeo or other video portal providers then provide us the link.

If we don’t respond back to you within 24 to 48 hours, please re-email or call or text us to follow up. Your e-mail might not have arrived. DO NOT SEND THE UNIT TO US YET! We still need to report the incident to DJI directly and assess the situation of a proper course of action. Will inform you when we are ready to accept the damaged goods.
